Yes, the standard warranty is 12 months. If you want to get special conditions and extend the warranty to 24 months or 36 months, then you should conclude a contract with our company for further maintenance.
The company provides customers with the opportunity to buy only construction lifts from the warehouse. The rest of the products are sold only by pre-order, since it takes from 4 to 12 weeks to manufacture. The exact deadline can be called only after assessing the complexity of the work and the amount of equipment ordered.
Mast elevators can function without a shaft. If you want to protect the equipment from corrosion of elevator elements and loader motors, it is better to install a shaft. In addition, it helps to protect the transported cargo from moisture and simply makes the appearance more attractive.
It is recommended to carry out maintenance at least once a month. Maintenance is mandatory. Because without it, the moving parts and assemblies wear out faster. In addition, the condition of the equipment should be regularly checked and cleaned of grease and dust. Maintenance serves as a preventive measure. If regular maintenance is carried out, the risks of sudden breakdown are reduced several times.

Lifting Equipment

The cargo crate itself is a platform with side walls, which is covered with a corrugated sheet, which prevents cargo from slipping. Special guides regulate the movement of the crate up or down. Lifting and lowering of the cage is carried out by ropes and blocks, that is, the lift drive.

In an emergency situation, in particular, when the rope breaks, the crate with the load does not fall, but is fixed in the shaft due to the presence of a sharp braking trap. Also, this lift is equipped with a load capacity limiter, which turns off the power supply of the drive when the load capacity norms are exceeded. The platform of the cargo crate stops exactly in the right place with the help of limit switches.

Thanks to the closed design of the mine, conditions are created for the safe operation of the lift.
