Suspended Working Platform
The use of suspended working platform during the repair of building facades makes it possible to mechanize the process of delivering builders with tools to the required height at low cost and to provide a very large working area. In most cases, this is why the facades of residential buildings are serviced using suspended working platforms, since the options for using car lifts or scaffolding in this situation are undoubtedly more expensive.
The working platform is suspended on two cables fixed on special consoles installed on the roof of the house under repair and the departure of which regulates the required distance between the platform and the wall. Lifting and lowering is performed by two electric winches from the remote control installed in the cradle.
The designers of this construction equipment pay great attention to safety. When the power supply is turned off, the design of the gearboxes provides for the possibility of manual operation, in which the winch is actuated by a special handle. Manual synchronous rotation of the axis of the winch cargo drums, allows the operator to lower the cradle with workers to the ground. At the same time, duplication of control from the ground is provided. The braking system provides a stop in any situation, including an emergency.
