STROS-Sedlcanske strojirny a.s. entered the market of special machines in 1960 and for more than 60 years has been a leader in the production of equipment such as stationary rack-and-pinion mast lifts, suspended work platforms. The product line is regularly updated and increased due to the release of new equipment. Production facilities easily adapt to changing demand.

Safety

STROS enterprises produce special machines that comply with the current safety standards of construction. Due to this approach, each client receives equipment capable of performing tasks with minimal risks for personnel (subject to operating rules). This greatly affects the popularity of the brand's products.

The production process is established in accordance with the ISO 9001 international standard. This ensures full control over every stage of work, from development, project approval to testing of new models, their serial production, and the creation of conditions for efficient service. Each client gets access to support, which makes it possible to significantly simplify the training of personnel, to set regular maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

For more than half a century, specialists have been developing new, innovative technologies so that customers receive products according to their wishes and market trends. All the efforts of our employees are aimed at improving, accelerating the client's work processes, reducing the cost of equipment maintenance both during the warranty period and many years after it. The observance of traditions accumulated over decades of work greatly contributes to it.

At the same time, innovations being introduced do not replace time-tested technologies. Traditions to maintain reliability, durability of produced special equipment attract customers to long-term cooperation. Each innovation is first checked for safety, other important criteria, and only then the serial production starts. We collect feedback for each product line in order to respond to market changes in a timely manner.

Service Availability

A separate actively developed, supported direction is the service maintenance of customer equipment. After purchase, a factory warranty applies, providing free repairs for the entire agreed period (subject to conditions). At the end of the period, it is possible to do maintenance on a paid basis. We have an extensive network of official stores that offer original products.

Timely deliveries of spare parts ensure the minimum repair time of equipment, without long downtime, failure to meet deadlines. STROS official representative offices operate in all major cities and are available for contact from any region. Thanks to this approach of our company, customers have been successfully using our branded products for decades, striving to equip new facilities only with STROS equipment.

    Building-up of FEAL, subsidiary for light prefabrication. Biggest investment in history of STROS

    Privatisation of the company, breaking up of the company into 3 independent companies STROS, spol. s r.o., FEAL, spol. s r.o. and Sedlčanská stavební, spol. s r.o.
  • 1994
    Changing of the trade name to PEGA-LIFT, spol. s r.o., launching of new series of NOV for South East Asia
  • 1997
    Cancellation of unsuccessful privatisation, transition to State Property Fund. Changing of trade name to STROS – PEGA LIFT – F, spol. s r.o.
  • 1999
    After a public bidding the government owned company is bought by a private owners, company PNP Praha
  • 2000
    Reclassification of the company, return to the original name STROS – Sedlčanské strojírny, a.s.
