FAQ

The warranty applies to industrial elevators. The warranty period is 12 months, regardless of who will install the equipment and carry out maintenance. If the customer enters into a contract with our company for further maintenance, the period can be extended to 24 or 36 months.
Buyers can buy construction lifts at the factory. The rest of the equipment is sold only to order. The lift can be manufactured from 4 to 12 weeks. The production time depends on the amount of equipment that needs to be manufactured.
